Audiomax was founded in 1983 and incorporated in 1984. Over our 24-year history we have become one of largest companies in our industry. Even our competitors credit us for being the standard to copy and for taking “on-hold” messaging to a new level of professionalism. We are proud to have a consistent 90% renewal rate. In fact, once a customer we have never lost a National Account to a competitor. Now while we recognize after 20+ years it’s bound to happen, the fact that it has not happened to date, is a true testament to the service we provide. You cannot provide quality service without quality employees and we pride ourselves in having the best our region has to offer. While some good employees have come and gone over the years, we are fortunate to have very low turnover especially among our top notch Executive Team, which by themselves average over 15 years with the company. We recognize that as the industry has grown over the years so have the competition. We respect all the top-level companies in our industry and only ask that you give Audiomax a reasonable shot at winning your business. We will never claim to be the lowest price nor do we aspire to do so, but we will claim we offer the best price value in the marketplace. We like to say… the closer you look the better we sound!
